Sr Contract Mfg Planner

What you will do

• Coordinate capacity and capability planning for new toy introductions across global manufacturing partners.
• Partner with Product Development, Engineering, Sourcing, Supply Chain Planning, and manufacturing partners to assess feasibility and align capacity and materials with demand forecasts.
• Monitor manufacturing readiness, capacity utilization, production ramp-up, risks, constraints, and escalation needs.
• Coordinate communication, program reviews, status updates, recovery plans, and issue resolution across internal teams and external manufacturing partners.
• Resolve issues involving manufacturing capability, tooling readiness, production capacity, material availability, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Maintain capacity analyses, readiness assessments, planning reports, and performance metrics while contributing to continuous improvement and strategic supply chain initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Merchandising, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing, consumer products, product industrialization, supply chain planning, or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes and global supply chains.
• Experience with new product introduction programs from concept through production launch is preferred.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good written and spoken English and Chinese.
