What you will do

• Determine and implement solutions related to business distribution, sourcing strategies, supplier management, and sources of supply.
• Manage assigned molding sub-commodities and conduct research, analysis, and business or supplier reporting.
• Lead complex projects and initiatives to achieve cost and quality goals for materials, supplies, equipment, and services.
• Manage external suppliers to improve technology, quality, responsiveness, delivery, and cost performance.
• Conduct complex contract negotiations and manage professional and support-level sourcing employees.
• Support a strong Environmental Health and Safety culture by following policies, identifying hazards, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Professional experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing commodities, suppliers, sourcing strategies, and complex procurement projects.
• Ability to conduct contract negotiations and analyze business, supplier, and sub-commodity data.
• Education and work history must be provided through a resume or the application fields.
• Based in Shanghai, China.
