Collection Project Management Analyst (Finance)

Location: Hybrid work model with on-site and off-site work at assigned hirify.global sites in Shanghai, China, or Penang, Malaysia

What you will do

• Support collection operations, portfolio priorities, payment performance, dispute resolution, escalation handling, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects by defining requirements, objectives, milestones, risks, success measures, and ownership.
• Improve dispute visibility, reporting accuracy, root-cause analysis, and closure of corrective actions.
• Lead and improve the collection cash forecast process, including governance, performance analysis, reporting, and forecast accuracy.
• Act as a business contact for collection systems, reporting, tools, automation, and change adoption.
• Use data, analytics, AI, and automation to improve controls, productivity, accuracy, and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of hands-on credit or collections experience, including dispute management, customer escalations, payment follow-up, and risk mitigation.
• Understanding of the order-to-cash lifecycle, working capital drivers, financial controls, and collection performance metrics.
• Experience structuring projects, managing priorities, risks, milestones, and stakeholders, and delivering sustainable outcomes through influence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English and Mandarin required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with reporting, AI, or automation tools.
• Proficiency in Japanese or Korean.
