2027 Management Associate Program (Post-MBA) (AI)

Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong; hybrid schedule with at least four days per week in the designated hirify.global office and one day outside the office

What you will do

• Complete an 18-month fast-track development program in business management.
• Rotate across multiple areas of the business and gain exposure across Asia, with potential interaction with global headquarters and teams.
• Develop core competencies, digital capabilities, and leadership skills for a career in financial markets and asset management.
• Apply approved digital and AI tools to research, analysis, communication, workflow improvement, and business decision support.
• Build evidence-based recommendations by structuring ambiguity and testing assumptions.
• Transition into a mid-level role after successful completion of the program, subject to the development plan.

Requirements

• MBA or Master’s degree with outstanding academic achievement.
• Approximately 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Strong interest in financial markets and asset management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Practical interest in digital and AI-enabled ways of working, including awareness of accuracy, privacy, confidentiality, bias, and the need for human review.

• Additional Asian language skills.

Hiring process

• Online assessment and interviews take place from mid-October to mid-December 2026.
• Final panel assessment and offer extension are planned for mid-January 2027; the program start date is to be confirmed based on the graduation date.
