What you will do

• Develop, approve, execute, and maintain transactions affecting tax, regulatory, and accounting positions.
• Support structured funding initiatives, including external ratings for Asset & Wealth Management investments.
• Model financial statement impacts and economic benefits.
• Prepare presentations and coordinate internal governance and approval processes.
• Work with advisers on transaction documentation and manage post-execution reporting.
• Resolve compliance, operational, legal, tax, accounting, and funding issues with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6–15 years of financial services, accounting, or tax experience involving transaction execution.
• Understanding of tax, accounting, and regulatory capital impacts.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments, quantitative analysis, and financial modeling.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.
