Associate, Solutions & Index Investing, APAC (ETF)

Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong. Hybrid schedule with at least four days per week in the designated hirify.global office and one day outside the office.

What you will do

• Execute and monitor portfolio rebalances, cash flows, and index or model updates across Solutions and Index accounts.
• Oversee positions, exposures, cash, and tracking error, escalating issues when required.
• Monitor and resolve guideline breaches, exceptions, and data discrepancies with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with Trading on implementation timing, liquidity constraints, and execution sequencing.
• Support new account onboarding, mandate changes, and quality checks for pricing, cash, and model inputs.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation while coaching junior team members and supporting knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience supporting ETFs, with an emphasis on implementation and operational processes across Asian markets.
• Understanding of rebalancing mechanics, index tracking, and guideline monitoring.
• Good understanding of equity and fixed income markets.
• Experience with ETF launch and implementation requirements in Asian markets.
• Undergraduate degree in a related discipline.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills are required.
