Test Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Create robust and cost-effective semiconductor IC test strategies covering test platforms, hardware, software, and instrumentation.
• Design ATE hardware interface boards and write test programs for IC testing and characterization.
• Debug and bring up ATE solutions for analog and mixed-signal IC evaluation, including bench correlation.
• Perform parametric testing with strong defect-screening practices and resolve device- and setup-related issues.
• Analyze silicon results, conduct statistical analysis, identify root causes of yield fall-outs, and support failure analysis.
• Support silicon qualification, qualification hardware development, and cross-functional device success.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in semiconductor IC testing using ATE.
• Experience with ATE hardware PCB design.
• Knowledge of test and measurement equipment.
• Experience with analog testers such as Teradyne ETS-88, ETS-364, or equivalent ATE platforms.
