Field Manager (AI)

Location: Greater Frankfurt area, Germany; on-site at least 3 days per week

Base salary: €45,000–€55,000 per year, plus equity as part of the total compensation package

What you will do

• Run daily on-site operations for on-demand RMV services across the greater Frankfurt area.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and accessible transportation for riders.
• Optimize field-team and service performance using data, technology, AI, and automation.
• Make real-time decisions about fleet operations, driver supply, compliance, rider needs, and unexpected service issues.
• Guide and support drivers while building relationships and improving field-team performance.
• Coordinate between partners, drivers, riders, and central teams to resolve problems and implement service improvements.

Requirements

• Operational experience in people management, logistics, customer service, or other process-oriented work.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with drivers, riders, teammates, and city partners.
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility in field-based operations under pressure.
• Data-driven, structured, and digitally proficient, with the ability to use analytics and AI tools to solve problems.
• German language skills at C1 level or higher and fluent English.
• Valid German Class B driver's license required.
