Site Manager Production Center (Automotive Production)

Location: Nordhausstraße 1, 93155 Hemau, Germany; onsite role.

hirify.global operates a platform for buying and selling pre-owned cars, with production teams responsible for vehicle repair, preparation, and refurbishment.

What you will do

• Lead a production center with more than 200 employees.
• Plan and manage daily operations to achieve high vehicle quality, optimized output, and cost efficiency.
• Scale production capacity from startup to the required maximum level.
• Build and manage relationships with local partners and coordinate with the logistics network.
• Align targets and resources with Berlin headquarters and implement processes on site.
• Build strong teams through onboarding, training, performance improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in the automotive, production, or manufacturing industry.
• Experience directly and indirectly leading a large team of at least 80 people.
• University degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Track record of optimizing production, logistics, or shop-floor processes and achieving efficiencies.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.

Nice to have

• Experience in rapidly scaling businesses or leading ramp-up operations.
