Location: Aberdeen, Maryland, United States; warehouse-based role in a non-climate-controlled, noisy environment with scheduled and unscheduled overtime.
Salary: $33.00–$33.75 per hour, with possible overtime, shift differentials, and bonuses.

What you will do
- Troubleshoot and repair conveyor material-handling systems, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, and power industrial vehicle systems.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, motor starters, photo eyes, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, encoders, and related electrical components.
- Work with 120, 240, and 480 VAC and 24 VDC systems, PLCs, hydraulic pumps, gear motors, and other warehouse equipment.
- Assist with system design, layout, and reconfiguration while performing preventive maintenance on conveyors, vehicles, and other assets.
- Handle emergency repairs, coordinate outside contractors, organize tools and supplies, and support departmental goals.
- Mentor team members and provide guidance and feedback across the organization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience and/or relevant certifications.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and use volt/ohm meters, electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
- Experience with PLC systems, computer systems, and CMMS software.
- Basic carpentry, painting, drywall, cleaning, and general maintenance experience.
- Experience safely operating order pickers, pallet jacks, forklifts, and aerial lifts.
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders and gangways, wear required PPE including arc-flash protection, and work flexible hours and overtime.
