Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in Denver, Colorado; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 annual base salary, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Own a product surface end to end, including the roadmap, success metrics, prioritization, and delivery decisions.
• Partner with design, engineering, supply chain, and marketing to turn opportunities into product work, trade-offs, and releases.
• Drive products across design services, designer matching, 3D design tools, product recommendations, AI design assistance, e-commerce discovery, customization, merchandising, and checkout.
• Measure product impact and use results to influence strategy and prioritization.
• Improve metrics such as onboarding completion, booking conversion, design-to-purchase attachment, e-commerce conversion, average order value, cart completion, and repeat purchases.
• Raise the bar for product practice and mentor other product managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on product management experience with B2C, consumer-facing products.
• Experience owning a product roadmap and top-line metric end to end.
• Ability to execute against established playbooks and structure ambiguous problems.
• Strong communication, stakeholder influence, quantitative and qualitative decision-making skills.
• High ownership, fast execution, strong judgment, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Full-time authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce or retail.
• Experience with design, marketplace, or workflow platforms.
• Experience with 3D or visual product tools.
• Experience owning an AI-backed product surface or curiosity about AI-assisted tools.
