Facilities Specialist (Full Time)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; physical retail in-store

Salary: $31.00–$33.00 per hour; fixed entry rate for new hires is $31.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot complex material-handling equipment using relay logic, ladder diagrams, sensors, drives, and inverters.
• Plan, track, and complete work orders and preventive maintenance in a CMMS.
• Contribute to facility-system design, layout, and reconfiguration.
• Coach team members through hands-on technical guidance.
• Operate lifts, forklifts, and other powered industrial trucks while performing emergency repairs safely.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of facilities or maintenance experience is preferred, ideally in retail, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagnose 120, 240, and 480 VAC systems and 24VDC systems.
• Experience with hand and power tools, multimeters, computer-based diagnostics, PLC systems, HVAC components, and fire protection systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs, climb, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work for long periods in varying temperatures.
• Availability for night shifts, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled overtime; compliance with lockout/tagout and PPE requirements.
