Lead Product Designer (AI)

Location: Toronto, Canada. Hybrid on-site schedule: office attendance Tuesday–Thursday, remote work Monday and Friday.

Annual base pay: CAD 145,691–158,935.

What you will do

• Lead strategy and execution for complex supplier experiences on the Partner Home platform.
• Design structured interfaces and AI-powered agentic workflows, including LLM-driven interactions, chat-to-action, and proactive assistance.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, business stakeholders, and senior leadership throughout product development.
• Use data from multiple sources to guide product strategy and represent supplier needs in product-definition discussions.
• Mentor junior designers and establish strong design-quality standards and team practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, including leading complex projects from concept to launch.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience designing extranet portals, dashboards, and AI agents.
• Expertise in user flows, journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and front-end development specifications.
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma, Cursor, and Claude or equivalent tools; working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to design scalable systems, present designs to senior leadership, and demonstrate shipped work through a portfolio or case studies.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI plugins, MCPs, and automation for design-to-development workflows.
• Experience contributing to design systems for multi-tenant or extensible platforms.
• Experience planning and conducting user research.
