Senior Associate, ACQ (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Set up business development conversations with suppliers.
• Communicate with suppliers by email and phone throughout the setup process.
• Manage external partners that provide supplier leads and resources.
• Identify and solve challenges and emerging trends in supplier acquisition.
• Report on team progress, successes, and learnings.
• Collaborate across functions and help shape strategy for the Asia-based Supplier Acquisition team.

Requirements

• Four years of relevant work or internship experience after undergraduate studies.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Confidence communicating directly with owners and executives of large companies.
• Demonstrated ownership, results orientation, and ability to drive change collaboratively.
• Strong organization, prioritization, analytical thinking, and self-starting ability.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Experience in an e-commerce organization.
• Experience with SQL and advanced Excel.
