Senior Specialist, Customer Relationship (Electronics Manufacturing)

Location: Hong Kong, office-based; occasional travel and overtime are required.

Publicly traded US manufacturer of printed circuit boards, RF components, microelectronic assemblies, and mission systems.

What you will do

• Develop customer relationships and identify customer needs.
• Coordinate with Operations and Sales across the quote-to-cash process.
• Support revenue forecasts by maximizing site utilization and managing customer programs.
• Lead or support customer site audits, visits, qualification programs, and approvals for new technologies.
• Manage loading, backlog, inventory, delivery performance, and flexibility against customer forecasts and demand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in electronic manufacturing and customer relationship management.
• Experience with international business and customer account management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin are required.
• Self-motivated, independent, data-oriented, collaborative, detail-focused, and dependable, with strong problem-solving and stress-tolerance skills.
