What you will do
- Acquire new global customers and grow existing accounts to achieve sales quotas.
- Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships while driving profitable growth.
- Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new business.
- Manage profit development against targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and operations teams to generate market insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least three years of experience in commercial or industrial sales.
- For the Senior level, at least five years of experience in commercial or industrial sales.
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence, persuade, negotiate and make decisions.
- Comfort with networking and developing customer relationships.
