What you will do

• Own the People Analytics product portfolio across Visier, Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI, including roadmap, implementation, optimization, and governance.
• Architect the people data layer with IT by building a secure Snowflake data zone and developing complex SQL transformations.
• Design and maintain enterprise dashboards, custom analyses, and other analytics products for People & Culture stakeholders.
• Establish data quality, definitions, security, and privacy practices for employee data, including GDPR and CCPA compliance.
• Consult with business and People & Culture leaders to translate needs into technical requirements and improve the analytics user experience.
• Lead user training, enablement, support, and evaluation of new people analytics technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in people analytics, HR solutions or product management, people data analysis, or people data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with complex SQL, Snowflake data models, Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards, and ETL pipelines.
• End-to-end Visier ownership experience, including implementation, administration, governance, and advanced dashboard creation.
• Strong knowledge of HR data and processes, including Workday data structures.
• Experience with employee data governance, security models, PII/SPI protection, and privacy compliance.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, project management, communication, and user enablement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with statistical techniques, predictive modeling, or machine learning using Python or R.
• Experience managing analytics product backlogs with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Certifications in Visier, Snowflake, Tableau, or project management.
• Master’s or PhD in I/O Psychology, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
