HR People Analytics Co Op (AI)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid schedule with office work 4 days per week and remote work 1 day per week

What you will do

• Build predictive analytics and forecasting capabilities using HR data.
• Propose, test, and validate AI-driven analytical models and technology solutions.
• Mine HR data to identify research opportunities and generate practical talent insights.
• Maintain dashboards and consolidate reporting from Tableau to Power BI.
• Perform deep-dive analysis, investigate root causes, improve data consistency, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Support monthly, quarterly, client, and ad hoc reporting while streamlining workflows and enabling technology-driven innovation.

Requirements

• Current Northeastern University student; only Northeastern University students are eligible.
• Major in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Knowledge or experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python.
• Familiarity with automation, APIs, data modeling, data management, and data infrastructure concepts.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and project-management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
