Manager, Global HR Analytics (People Analytics)

Location: Acton, Massachusetts; hybrid work with required on-site work from an hirify.global office

Salary: $125,900–$188,825 annual base salary for U.S.-based positions, with potential incentive compensation.

hirify.global is a medical device company developing the Omnipod insulin management platform and other wearable drug-delivery technologies.

What you will do

• Own the global People Analytics function within the Global HR Technology team.
• Partner with senior People leaders to translate complex data into actionable workforce recommendations.
• Lead exploratory and predictive analyses to identify talent trends, emerging risks, and workforce planning opportunities.
• Design, evolve, and maintain decision-oriented dashboards for key people metrics.
• Collaborate with People Technology and data teams to improve the accuracy, consistency, and usability of data across Workday, survey platforms, and planning tools.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in people analytics, data analytics, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills.
• Proficiency with Power BI or Visier.
• Strong communication and data-storytelling skills for executive and non-technical audiences.
• Experience influencing decisions, evaluating tradeoffs and risks, and working cross-functionally in fast-paced, data-rich environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or R.
