What you will do

• Sell new and pre-owned luxury cars, SUVs, hybrid vehicles, and dealership financial services.
• Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused luxury buying experience.
• Guide customers through the complete sales process.
• Build customer relationships through proactive follow-up, repeat business, and referrals.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Lexus products and services.
• Participate in product and sales training and pursue individual performance goals.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Toyota, Lexus, or luxury automotive sales experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Automotive sales experience and knowledge of the automotive market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide an elevated, customer-focused experience and exceed performance standards.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a luxury brand environment.
