Sales and Design Consultant (Interior Design)

Location: Minnetonka, Minnesota, USA; requires commuting to customers' homes

Salary: $2,000 bi-weekly during the 12-week training period; after training, uncapped earning structure with no base salary and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Consult with customers in their homes and design customized storage solutions using proprietary CAD software.
• Measure spaces, conduct on-the-spot design consultations, and deliver personalized whole-home solutions.
• Manage company-generated and self-generated leads through the full sales cycle.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets through referrals and repeat business.
• Follow up with customers, upload required documents into the Salesforce-based CXM system, and coordinate with the installation team.
• Manage projects and client portfolios of varying complexity and participate in meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and confidence using laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong sense of craftsmanship.
• Ability to work full-time, 40 or more hours per week, including customer visits and showroom work.
• Interior design education, direct industry experience, or in-home sales experience is preferred.
• Previous Salesforce, CAD, or design software experience is preferred.
