Diamond Sales Expert (Sustainable Jewelry)

Location: Toronto, Canada; mandatory on-site presence in a designated hirify.global facility

Salary: CAD 26–33 per hour

What you will do

• Advise customers through diamond and jewelry selection, education, care, returns, upgrades, and resizing.
• Prepare personalized consultations, demonstrate sustainably created diamonds, follow up with clients, and close sales.
• Manage virtual and in-person appointments, lead pipelines, and ongoing client relationships.
• Collaborate with showroom and virtual sales colleagues on clienteling and custom design projects.
• Share customer trends and product feedback with the wider sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Support product launches, in-store events, press days, activations, and influencer hosting.

Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce or retail sales with a proven ability to close sales in a high-volume environment.
• Diamond expertise and jewelry experience are strongly preferred; certified gemologist credentials are an advantage.
• Independent, motivated, well-organized, and technologically savvy.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with a compassionate, positive, patient, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work on-site in Toronto and work both Saturday and Sunday.
• Ability to perform the stated physical duties, including standing, walking, reaching, repetitive motions, and lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds.
