What you will do

• Drive sales results through business analysis, customer service, product knowledge, and brand awareness.
• Oversee opening and closing routines, salesfloor and stockroom operations, and daily store efficiency.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll operations, and store reporting.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop non-management staff.
• Build and maintain visual displays while providing styling recommendations.
• Protect store assets, control inventory, operate point-of-sale systems, and fulfill omnichannel orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus, communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
• Ability to coach others, take initiative, demonstrate confidence, and work with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and the ability to demonstrate product knowledge.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
