Site Manager, DashMart

Salary: $81,600–$120,000 USD annual base salary, plus potential equity grants

What you will do

• Lead a high-volume fulfillment site with an Assistant Site Manager, Shift Leads, and more than 20 Operations Associates.
• Set operating standards and hold leaders accountable for safety, quality, productivity, engagement, and customer experience.
• Own site performance across compliance, labor, quality, cost, workforce planning, scheduling, and KPI delivery.
• Prepare the site for audits and inspections, identify operational risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with inventory, training, quality, safety, and other central teams to improve site execution.
• Develop the site operating strategy and lead cross-functional initiatives addressing systemic operational issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of team leadership experience in high-volume operations such as retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfillment, or logistics.
• Experience leading high-performing teams of 25+ employees and developing future leaders.
• Ability to support a 24/7 operation with some late-night and weekend availability.
• Data-driven approach with experience using Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas and pivot tables.
• College degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work at the Ferndale, Michigan site.
