What you will do

• Support the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused returns outlet store.
• Lead, develop, recruit, hire, and retain Sales Associates while building a strong talent pipeline.
• Set schedules, manage floor coverage, allocate resources, and supervise opening and closing routines.
• Drive sales goals, customer experience, store profitability, and operational performance.
• Manage stockroom organization, replenishment, merchandise presentation, assortment, and visual standards.
• Promote accountability, ethical conduct, security, compliance, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a physical retail store in Aurora, Colorado.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as required.
• Ability to regularly, frequently, or occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Strong customer service, communication, leadership, and sales management skills.
• Ability to work variable retail shifts; schedules are provided at least two weeks in advance.
