Senior Manager, Data Analytics (AI)

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; onsite at 809 11th Ave

Salary: $117,000–$234,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

hirify.global's Product Analytics team uses AI-driven data science, experimentation, product measurement, and visualization to improve omnichannel products and features.

What you will do

• Lead data strategy development and execution to support business value, operational excellence, and enterprise data governance.
• Identify data sources, assess service-level requirements, and manage ongoing data quality improvement initiatives.
• Translate complex business problems into data-driven analytical solutions using advanced techniques and tools.
• Design data visualizations that communicate insights and influence stakeholders.
• Mentor team members on analytics methods, data storytelling, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field; alternatively, a relevant bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience or master's degree with 2 years of experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience with big data technologies, advanced statistical techniques, exploratory data analysis, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Python and data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of data quality management, data governance, enterprise data architecture, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience in retail, merchandising, healthcare, or eCommerce.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, or Tableau assessments and tools.
