(USA) Senior, Data Analyst (Last-Mile Delivery)

Salary: $80,000–$155,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Identify and evaluate data sources against business requirements and service level agreements.
• Assess data quality and lead ongoing data quality improvement initiatives.
• Translate complex business challenges into analytical, data-driven solutions.
• Conduct exploratory analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Build and deliver data visualizations for different stakeholder groups.
• Support improvements to last-mile delivery performance, including on-time delivery and cancellation metrics.

Requirements

• Expertise in data management, analysis, and visualization using Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis methods.
• Experience sourcing data from multiple systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to assess and improve data quality in line with data governance standards.
• Minimum qualification through one of the following: a relevant bachelor's degree plus two years of experience, a relevant master's degree, or four years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings and supporting stakeholder decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience in data science, statistics, retail, merchandising, healthcare, or e-commerce.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, or Tableau assessments and scripting.
• Master's degree in a relevant analytical, business, engineering, mathematics, or technology field.
