Senior Analyst, WMS Configuration

Location: Cranbury, NJ; McDonough, GA; Port Wentworth, GA; Jacksonville, FL; Perris, CA; Lathrop, CA; Lancaster, TX; or Aberdeen, MD. On-site warehouse work and approximately 30%–50% travel are required.

Annual base pay: $104,500–$118,250.

What you will do

• Configure and maintain Manhattan WMS location management, including location setup, putaway and picking paths, zone design, travel restrictions, and XYZ configuration.
• Prepare and organize WMS configuration work using Excel or Google Sheets, SQL, Postman, and API calls.
• Review facility layouts and operational requirements with Operations teams and translate them into SQL jobs, configuration files, and WMS-ready updates.
• Support multiple Manhattan site launches by tracking configuration tasks, coordinating status updates, escalating blockers, and supporting launch readiness.
• Provide remote configuration support for live Manhattan facilities through troubleshooting, data analysis, reporting, and configuration maintenance.
• Contribute to Labor Management activities including time studies, standards management, process validation, documentation, training, and reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience or technical background in Warehouse Management Systems, Labor Management Systems, industrial engineering, supply chain operations, or SQL and Excel-based data analysis.
• Experience in warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, or a similar operational environment.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, visualizations, and advanced formulas.
• Analytical, detail-oriented problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple site launches or configuration workstreams.
• Clear communication skills for coordinating with technical and operations partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or an equivalent technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Manhattan WMS, Labor Management Systems, warehouse location management, pick path generation, directed putaway design, time studies, or standards management.
• Experience with SQL, Postman, API calls, AutoCAD, space planning tools, or warehouse layout design methods.
