TL;DR
IT ERP Functional Analyst (SAP): Supporting and enhancing SAP S/4HANA and ECC logistics, warehouse, inventory, and shipping processes with an accent on supply chain integration, warehouse mobility, and operational efficiency. Focus on configuring SAP logistics capabilities, integrating EDI and transportation systems, and solving production-support challenges across multi-plant operations.
Location: Neenah, Wisconsin, United States. Primarily office-based, with occasional shop-floor work and approximately 20% travel.

What you will do
- Support SAP S/4HANA and ECC logistics, warehouse, inventory, shipping, and receiving processes.
- Configure and enhance SAP LE, IM, WM, HUM, shipping, and related supply chain capabilities.
- Gather business requirements, document processes, and translate operational needs into scalable SAP solutions.
- Participate in implementations, enhancements, testing, UAT, deployment, and HyperCare support.
- Support SAP Fiori, RF scanning, warehouse mobility, EDI, IDoc, warehouse automation, and transportation integrations.
- Provide Level 1 and 2 support and participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule for critical operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of SAP configuration and support experience in logistics or supply chain processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Ability to collaborate with planning, procurement, manufacturing, transportation, customer service, and technical teams.
- Ability to work primarily in an office environment, provide occasional shop-floor support, and travel approximately 20%.
- Ability to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP TM, EWM, freight costing and settlement, or advanced logistics technologies.
- SAP certification in Logistics, EWM, or TM.
- Experience with external TMS platforms, multi-plant supply chains, EDI, IDocs, interfaces, and warehouse automation.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori, barcode scanning, mobile technologies, SAP Joule, Copilot, or similar AI-centric tools.
