Commercial Associate - Full-Time (Summer 2027 Start)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid schedule with four days in the office Monday–Thursday and one remote day on Friday

Annual base salary: $64,000–$70,500; the posting also states a base salary of $68,000 plus a $5,000 joining bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze data and market trends to improve business performance, product selection, and customer experience.
• Own business-critical initiatives from conception through execution and deliver measurable improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, technology, operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including AI-powered tools and workflows.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships throughout project delivery.
• Support strategic work across supplier partnerships, retail, advertising, home services, fintech, and loyalty initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently a senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Experience with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship from hirify.global.
• Data- and process-oriented approach with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work, make execution decisions, and collaborate effectively across functions.

• Experience or interest in data analysis tools and user behavior.

• Comfort using AI in daily workflows and adopting emerging tools.
