Sales Analyst (Recent Grad - Summer 2027 Start)

Location: Potential work locations are Oakland or Pleasanton, California; Durham, North Carolina; or Mason, Ohio, USA.

Salary: $90,900–$170,100 in Zone A, $83,400–$155,900 in Zone B, or $75,800–$141,700 in Zone C, depending on work location.

What you will do

• Build relationships with internal business partners and field sales teams to support business objectives.
• Gather data from multiple platforms and develop reports monitoring business performance and trends.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and communicate actionable findings.
• Manage category and brand projects that support assortment, merchandising, pricing, and shelving decisions.
• Organize sales input for business plan releases and support business unit innovation projects.
• Improve customer-support tools, processes, and resources.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of CPG or equivalent professional experience, including analytical experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future visa sponsorship.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn and apply company processes, policies, and systems.
• BS/BA, MBA, or master's degree.
