Asset Protection Manager (Retail)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia; onsite physical retail store

Annual base pay: USD 85,025–95,712.50, plus potential equity, bonuses, commissions, and other compensation.

What you will do

• Lead store-level asset protection and safety initiatives in alignment with regional goals.
• Manage, coach, and develop asset protection personnel, specialists, and guest experience hosts.
• Monitor data, investigate losses, and implement plans to reduce shrink and improve operational integrity.
• Lead responses to theft, fraud, safety incidents, and emergencies while maintaining thorough documentation.
• Deliver training on safety, situational awareness, emergency procedures, and compliance.
• Partner with Sales, Logistics, Visual, Facilities, Talent, Corporate, and other store functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail asset protection experience, including at least 2 years at a supervisory level.
• Strong knowledge of brick-and-mortar asset protection, investigations, security, loss prevention, and compliance.
• Ability to analyze reporting data, audits, and CCTV-related information to identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Strong coaching, communication, judgment, confidentiality, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Availability for retail schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Wicklander-Zulawski certification is required within 90 days of hire. Ability to stand, walk, crouch, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly is also required.

• Bachelor’s degree, LPC, CFI, First Aid, CPR, AED, OSHA, or PIV certification.
