Business Analytics Lead (Asset Management)

What you will do

• Lead analytics processes across multiple functions and business units using complex analytical tools.
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports for the Asset Management Group Investment Office.
• Translate business needs and procedures into reporting solutions by partnering with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Analyze investment product usage and deliver ad-hoc reporting requests and actionable recommendations.
• Communicate complex analytical conclusions to business partners, senior management, and varied audiences.
• Mentor junior employees and provide guidance on analytical approaches and solution implementation.

Requirements

• Ability to work in-office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience using multiple data sources and programming languages or platforms, including SQL, Python, Hadoop, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Interest in investment products, including their design, application, and usage.
• Experience designing data visualizations and presenting analytical stories.
