Information Analyst III, Workforce Management

Salary: $92,400–$157,100 per year

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver data-driven workforce solutions.
• Design, develop, document, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, data models, and analytical solutions.
• Extract, transform, validate, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Develop workforce analytics for forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and operational performance management.
• Lead complex analytical projects, resolve reporting and data issues through root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable improvements.
• Establish reporting standards, validate analytical work, maintain technical documentation, and mentor analysts and business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, management information systems, business analytics, healthcare administration, or a related field, or four years of equivalent experience.
• At least five years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role.
• Experience working with large datasets, data validation, analytical problem-solving, and business reporting solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data structures, data governance, reporting tools, and analytics methodologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts, lead analytical initiatives, manage competing priorities, and collaborate across technical and non-technical groups.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, health insurance concepts, and workforce management principles.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, workforce management, or a related industry.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and visualization platforms.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, data warehouses, modern analytics environments, staffing models, forecasting, or scheduling analytics.
• Knowledge of contact center operations, workforce planning, or healthcare operational analytics.
