Logistics Supervisor

What you will do

• Lead the Logistics team during daily shifts and provide real-time guidance, support, and escalation.
• Oversee the end-to-end handover from fulfillment to last-mile carriers, ensuring routes are assigned, ready, picked up, and dispatched on time.
• Adjust driver pickup times and monitor fulfillment delays, middle-mile arrivals, route coverage, and delivery performance.
• Coordinate pickup schedules, driver changes, and route coverage with 3PL partners, including managing no-shows.
• Troubleshoot scanning issues, missing or damaged bags, product replacements, integration errors, and other driver or route problems.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports, conduct readiness audits, train team members, and track operational metrics using Tableau, Google Sheets, Slack, and internal logistics systems.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, or fulfillment operations.
• English and Spanish bilingual proficiency required.
• Strong organization, multitasking, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets; familiarity with Tableau, Slack, and Gmail.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly and push or pull up to 200 lbs; ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods in varying temperatures, including refrigerated areas.
