Bilingual Recruiter (Contract)

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day recruiting process for high-volume, non-exempt warehouse hiring.
• Source, screen, interview, and follow up with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Manage offers, pre-employment follow-up, orientations, and upcoming start-date coordination.
• Build candidate pipelines and work toward weekly hiring and staffing targets.
• Support hiring events and recruiting activities as business needs require.
• Partner with Operations, HR/P&C, hiring managers, candidates, and the broader Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume hourly, warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, logistics, or similar non-exempt hiring.
• Experience managing high-volume candidate pipelines, conducting multiple daily screens and interviews, and tracking recruiting metrics.
• Experience with job boards, recruiting platforms, candidate-generation strategies, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong organization, follow-up, communication, prioritization, attention to detail, and accountability.
• Ability to work onsite in Louisville, Kentucky and support hiring events, orientations, and other in-person recruiting activities.
• Professionalism and discretion when handling candidate and employee information.

Nice to have

• Professional bilingual English/Spanish proficiency for screening, interviewing, and candidate communication.
• Recruiting experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, distribution center, manufacturing, or staffing environment.
• Experience supporting seasonal or peak-volume hiring ramps and recruiting across multiple shifts.
