Aftermarket Supply Chain Intern

Location: Hagerstown, Maryland, United States; office-based role

Pay: $18.00–$37.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support demand forecasting and inventory planning for aftermarket parts.
• Analyze supply chain data to improve part availability and reduce backorders.
• Monitor supplier performance and lead times with procurement teams.
• Evaluate order fulfillment, returns, and reverse logistics processes.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with sourcing, engineering, and customer service.
• Maintain supply chain dashboards, investigate disruptions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a professional office environment and use computers and telephones for extended periods.
• Ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.
