Supply Chain Intern - Data Analytics & AI

Location: Hagerstown, Maryland, United States. This is an office-based role.

Pay range: $18.00–$37.00 per hour

What you will do

• Collect, clean, transform, and validate structured and unstructured data with data engineering teams.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Python libraries.
• Support machine learning projects for predictive maintenance, quality forecasting, supply chain optimization, and anomaly detection.
• Train, validate, and test models and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Research AI and machine learning trends and support benchmarking and internal innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in an office environment with extended periods of computer use and participation in virtual and in-person meetings.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, AI, VBA, or Python.
