What you will do

• Build supplier relationships and negotiate pricing and promotional support.
• Analyze category and supplier data to identify revenue and profit growth opportunities.
• Expand the product catalog and develop relationships with target suppliers.
• Identify sales, merchandising, advertising, PR, finance, customer service, and operational opportunities with internal teams.
• Analyze competitor marketing, product selection, and pricing strategies.
• Attend trade shows and travel to meet key suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in ecommerce, sourcing, or supply-side sales is preferred.
• Reading and writing fluency in English is required; high verbal fluency is preferred.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, with readiness to work with Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other data tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, relationship management, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced, changing environment while collaborating with a team.
