Source to Contract Associate (SaaS/Tech)

Location: Remote within the United States

What you will do

• Execute end-to-end sourcing projects, including spend analysis, supply market analysis, supplier discovery, RFx development, publishing, reverse auctions, negotiations, and bid analysis.
• Manage 5–12 concurrent sourcing projects with limited supervision or independently.
• Validate sourcing requests, clarify requirements with client requesters, and provide project status updates.
• Manage supplier participation, orientation, training, and milestone follow-up throughout the sourcing process.
• Analyze proposals, facilitate supplier evaluations, prepare summaries, and present recommendations to clients.
• Maintain project documentation and improve RFx, pricing, proposal evaluation, and sourcing-process templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, operations, or supply chain.
• Strong sourcing methodology, eSourcing technology, and RFx development and management skills.
• Experience with Excel, including pivot tables and other functions for analyzing and presenting data.
• Proficiency with one or more eSourcing tools, such as Ariba, Procuri, Iasta, Zycus, or an ERP eSourcing module.
• Strong communication, project management, analytical, decision-making, and client relationship skills.

Nice to have

• Experience negotiating software and enterprise licensing agreements, including SaaS and credit-based systems.
• Knowledge of retail store categories, pricing structures, vendors, requirements, and sourcing levers.
• Experience with Claude.
