What you will do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair molding machines, automated assembly equipment, welders, conveyors, printers, labelers, flow wrappers, and auxiliary production equipment.
• Use schematics, manuals, engineering specifications, precision instruments, gauges, and hand tools to identify equipment problems.
• Perform, document, and verify preventive maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer and facility procedures.
• Provide mechanical maintenance support to production associates, operators, engineering, management, and contractors.
• Fabricate and modify equipment fixtures, recommend process adjustments, and support quality and efficiency improvements.
• Order spare parts, maintain production and maintenance logs, and identify potential workplace safety hazards.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, technical degree, certification, or related apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical controls, low-voltage systems, sensors, actuators, motor controls, and related automation components.
• Maintenance experience in a high-volume or regulated production environment preferred.
• Ability to comply with GMPs, SOPs, work instructions, safety procedures, and facility escalation processes.
