Process Maintenance Senior Technician (GMP Manufacturing)

Location: Frederick, Colorado, United States; onsite manufacturing role on a first-shift, four-day/10-hour rotating schedule with flexibility for varied shifts as needed.

Salary: $36.58–$57.15 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot manufacturing, utility, and laboratory equipment in a GMP environment.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, emergency repairs, spare parts management, and electronic asset tracking.
• Author and review SOPs, change controls, deviations, CAPAs, and other GMP documentation.
• Support and troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, and BAS industrial control systems.
• Inspect and maintain fluid handling, thermal control, electrical, and process equipment, including pumps, agitators, piping, and automated valves.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve maintenance issues and document work in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant maintenance experience in manufacturing or a related field.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; a minimum two-year technical degree is preferred.
• Strong fluid handling, thermal control, controls, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, control drawings, wiring schematics, equipment manuals, and other technical documents.
• Familiarity with GMP, GDP, regulatory compliance, OSHA guidelines, lock-out/tag-out, and work permits.
• Ability to lift or move up to 100 pounds and work around chemicals, high voltage systems, mechanical parts, noise, and other manufacturing hazards.

Nice to have

• Tradesman certifications or process equipment expertise.
