Senior Electrical, Motor and Motor Drive Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Seattle, Washington; Workplace: On-site

Salary: $145,000–$218,000 per year, plus bonus, benefits, and equity for regular full-time employees.

What you will do

• Contribute to aircraft motor drive, power electronics, and control system design.
• Design high-voltage power electronics circuits and integrate them with motors and controls.
• Perform schematic capture, modeling, simulation, analysis, circuit verification, and dyno testing.
• Work cross-functionally with software, mechanical, embedded, CAD, production, and user teams.
• Execute qualification and reliability campaigns, debug systems, and identify root causes of failures.
• Help develop automated production test solutions.

Requirements

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer.
• Experience with circuit design, schematic capture, component selection, circuit testing, and debugging.
• Familiarity with Altium or an equivalent tool.
• Proficiency with oscilloscopes, power supplies, electronic loads, multimeters, and other laboratory equipment.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, high standards, and respectful collaboration.
