Partner Success Manager (Cybersecurity)

Cybersecurity company building an in-house platform supported by a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center to protect businesses of all sizes.

What you will do

• Drive onboarding for new partners and ensure they are operational and ready to take the platform to market.
• Monitor license deployment, account health, and early usage patterns to identify adoption risks.
• Proactively provide training, resources, and deployment guidance to improve partner adoption.
• Conduct post-incident check-ins, support prevention planning, and translate outcomes into proof of value.
• Coordinate with Account Management, Technical Sales, and Support to resolve deployment obstacles.
• Track onboarding gaps and partner feedback to improve repeatable partner success processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account coordination, or enablement.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Collaborative approach to working with sales and account management teams.
• Ownership of partner experience and motivation to achieve measurable goals.
• Experience supporting customers or partners with basic rollout plans.
• Experience in the MSP ecosystem and cybersecurity is highly valued.
