Staff Enterprise Architect (AI)

Salary: $168,000–$285,600 USD per year; the listed base salary range applies to US residents.

What you will do

• Design and evolve enterprise architectures across business, application, data, and technology domains, including AI as a consideration in each domain.
• Architect end-to-end processes across product introduction, CPQ, quote-to-cash, billing, revenue recognition, renewals, record-to-report, and customer service.
• Produce build-ready target architectures, decision records, reference patterns, data models, mappings, integration behavior, failure modes, and AI evaluation approaches.
• Guide architecture for Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora, Zendesk, Workato, identity and access management, cloud services, APIs, events, pipelines, and analytical data platforms.
• Review major changes, run platform health checks, manage technical debt, optimize consumption and licensing, and resolve difficult production and integration problems.
• Partner with Applications, Integration, RPA, Intelligent Automation, Data, Security, Infrastructure, product management, and engineering teams to drive decisions through influence.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in application and data architecture, with working fluency in business process and technology architecture.
• Hands-on experience with integration, automation, applied AI, retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, agent orchestration, evaluation, and guardrails.
• Experience architecting ERP, CRM, CPQ, billing, financial, and customer service platforms, including quote-to-cash and record-to-report processes.
• Expert knowledge of data modeling, enterprise integration patterns, API design, data warehouses, ELT, ETL, and reverse ETL.
• Strong experience with iPaaS tooling and production integration operations, including cost, consumption, API-limit, and cloud optimization.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States for this role's listed location and salary range.
