Salesforce Agentforce Architect (Technical Architect)

Annual salary: $87,400–$266,300 USD, depending on location, skills, experience, and role level.

What you will do

• Architect and execute technical solutions for Agentforce and related technologies.
• Translate customer business needs into well-architected solutions with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers.
• Own the technical solution design across the project lifecycle, from initial design through development, testing, and deployment.
• Design agentic topics, instructions, actions, automation and code, deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
• Establish scalable Salesforce data-ingestion practices and create reusable delivery assets.
• Track new technical capabilities across Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, and other platforms.

Requirements

• 6+ years of application and software development experience.
• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with working knowledge of modern languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce, plus HTML/CSS fundamentals.
• Experience with source control, branching and pull requests, CI/CD solutions, and DevOps principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI systems and generative AI capabilities.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist certification.
