GTM Enablement Trainer, Claude Products (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY; hybrid policy requires staff to work from an office at least 25% of the time.

Annual salary: $190,000–$270,000 USD OTE range.

What you will do

• Own product enablement for the global field organization across new launches, existing capabilities, and the product roadmap.
• Build programs that make sellers expert users of Claude in their daily work.
• Create demo readiness, objection handling, technical talk tracks, solution guides, and competitive positioning for technical and business buyers.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Applied AI to prepare the field for upcoming releases.
• Build and maintain a product certification path for core products.
• Establish feedback loops that communicate field and customer product signals to Product and Product Marketing.

Requirements

• Experience bridging sales and technical audiences through solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical enablement, product marketing, or technical account management.
• Regular hands-on use of AI assistants and agentic tools such as Claude or Claude Code.
• Working technical knowledge of LLM products, including prompting, context, tool use, and APIs, with the ability to demo them and answer technical questions.
• Experience converting complex, fast-moving technical products into demo scripts, technical talk tracks, solution guides, or training curricula.
• Experience writing and presenting technical material for audiences with different levels of technical depth.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience.

Nice to have

• Experience building with LLM APIs, agentic frameworks, or developer tooling.
• Experience owning launch readiness for technical products across a global field organization.
• Previous solutions engineering or sales engineering experience carrying a technical win.
• Experience building technical certification programs or launching enablement programs from 0 to 1.
