Location: San Diego, California or Mountain View, California

Salary: Base pay of $184,000–$249,000 in San Diego or $200,000–$270,500 in Mountain View, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design an enterprise learning journey that progressively builds AI fluency and agentic tool adoption across business functions.
• Create enablement experiences for hirify.global’s company-standard AI coworker and guide employees toward productive daily use.
• Translate AI-first craft skills and proficiency standards into learning content for hiring, onboarding, reviews, and promotions.
• Connect learning engagement with adoption, productivity, and quality metrics in the enterprise AI measurement framework.
• Use agentic tool usage data to identify gaps, test new learning formats, and scale effective approaches.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, technical groups, HR Tech, and distributed learning champions to deliver programs at scale.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience designing learning experiences at enterprise scale.
• Principal-level ownership of complex, cross-functional programs.
• Hands-on fluency with AI and GenAI tools, including agentic and coworker-style AI products.
• Strong instructional design skills, including the ability to turn fluency frameworks or skills taxonomies into behavior-changing learning.
• Data fluency and the ability to interpret adoption and productivity data.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and the ability to influence technical teams, HR Tech, and distributed champions without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience designing enablement for enterprise AI platforms or a company-standard AI coworker.
• Experience partnering with AI Science, data, or Workforce Tech teams.
• Experience building diagnostic or adaptive learning paths segmented by proficiency.
• Background in instructional design, learning experience design, or organizational development.
