Change, Training, & Adoption Specialist (AI)

Location: Hybrid role requiring work in a hirify.global office in Novi, Michigan or Sunnyvale, California at least 3 days per week; willingness to travel 20% is required.

Salary: $90,750–$133,100 per year, depending on skills, experience, training, location, and business needs.

What you will do

• Define enterprise AI training pathways, learning journeys, and role-based enablement programs.
• Establish AI Buddy standards, guidance, best practices, and user support frameworks.
• Develop change management strategies, communication plans, adoption interventions, and an enterprise AI change playbook.
• Design readiness assessments and adoption measurement frameworks to evaluate organizational preparedness and change effectiveness.
• Partner with business leaders, divisional AX teams, HR, communications, learning, and AI product teams to remove adoption barriers and build AI capability.
• Analyze participation, adoption, feedback, engagement, and learning data while creating dashboards and reporting mechanisms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, human resources, business, education, communications, psychology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in change management, learning and development, organizational transformation, or related disciplines.
• Strong expertise in change management methodologies, learning program design, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategy development.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise training, enablement initiatives, and capability-building frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills for measuring adoption, readiness, engagement, and learning effectiveness.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Prosci, change management, organizational development, or learning and development certification.
• Experience supporting AI, digital transformation, automation, or enterprise technology adoption programs.
• Experience with learning management systems, digital adoption platforms, survey tools, and analytics or reporting solutions.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder groups and user communities.
