TL;DR
SAP Project Manager (S/4HANA): Leading SAP implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support projects while coordinating governance, releases, integrations, and cross-functional product teams with an accent on S/4HANA delivery and JIRA-based agile tracking. Focus on program increment planning, managing RAID logs and scope changes, coordinating cutover and testing activities, and resolving dependencies across ERP and legacy systems.
Location: Hybrid position with 4 days per week onsite

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrade, rollout, migration, and support projects.
- Support governance and tactical delivery for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA I-ERP program.
- Manage JIRA epics, features, user stories, tasks, backlogs, workflows, dashboards, custom fields, and project configurations.
- Coordinate scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, change control, release management, and program-level RAID logs.
- Facilitate Program Increment planning, iteration reviews, retrospectives, workshops, and governance forums.
- Coordinate integrations, cutover, testing, training, data readiness, dependency resolution, and transition to steady-state operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of IT experience and 3+ years managing SAP projects.
- Expert-level daily hands-on JIRA experience, including board configuration, workflow automation, JQL, dashboards, and Confluence integration.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall or hybrid delivery frameworks.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and modules or initiatives involving FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, and system integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Nice to have
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, SAP Activate, or relevant SAP certification.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, JIRA Align, JIRA Service Management, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
